Community Integration
Highlights outings and external events where residents can connect with the broader community. These outings are also guided by the six core domains, creating meaningful opportunities for growth outside of PeachTree, such as volunteering, attending local events, or participating in recreational outings.
Community Integrated Outings Calendar
The Community Integrated Outings Calendar highlights opportunities for residents to engage with the broader community through supervised outings and experiences. These include trips such as shopping, dining, recreational events, and community-based experiences that promote independence, social inclusion, and real-world skill building. While supportive in nature, these outings are not clinical services but instead focus on enhancing quality of life and fostering meaningful participation in community life.
