Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

We begin with an initial assessment to understand each individual’s needs, strengths, and goals. Our admissions team then meets with the family to create a personalized plan of care and guide you through every step of enrollment.

Safety is a top priority at PeachTree. Our facility is fully accessible, equipped with monitoring systems, and staffed 24/7 by trained professionals. We also provide ongoing staff training in brain injury support, emergency response, and resident care.

We partner with Delaware Medicaid Managed Care Organizations (Highmark Health Options Delaware, AmeriHealth Caritas Delaware, Delaware First Health) and also accept private pay. Our admissions team helps families navigate coverage and payment options.

Families are integral to our care model. We encourage regular visitation, involvement in care planning, participation in family events, and open communication with our staff.
